   Proposal Description:
   In this study, we plan to use our new proposed method to jointly identify the genetic biomarkers with causal effect on behavioral deficits in Alzheimer's study. We want to apply the NACC-UDS data to identify the genetic causal pathways for the Alzheimer's disease (AD) by comparing our methods with partial genetic causality analysis (LCV), causal inference with confounder correction (RUV-z), and genetic mediation analysis, among many other methods. Specifically, the identified biomarkers from omics data will be combined with other information such as the demographics and the brain imaging MRI datasets to predict the cognitive and behavior scores among patients with AD or mild cognitive impairment (MCI).
